Welcome VNA of Rhode Island is a non-profit home care and hospice organization that has been providing clinical services to patients in their homes since 1900. Throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, our patients receive a level of skilled care, along with family teaching, that allows patients to achieve maximum independence and superior outcomes. OUR SERVICES Home Care clinical services can be provided, if a skilled clinical need exists. Most patients come to us directly after a hospitalization or nursing home stay. The homecare services provided by the VNA of Rhode Island are provided on an intermittent basis. Our skilled professionals work in an interdisciplinary team so the Case Manager can customize your plan of care and offer all of the services you need to be on the road to recovery.
